For a Turkish passport you need $400k invested in property in Turkey with mountain view with a 3-year non-sale clause recorded on the Tapu. For property investment abroad a residence permit only a red Tapu and İskan are required — no minimum amount. The ikamet lasts 1–2 years with renewal rights.
